By using The Seed Project website, app, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

What The Seed Project is

The Seed Project is a platform built to encourage kindness, reflection, and human connection.

• Create and discover Seeds
• Share stories and acts of kindness
• Participate in community features such as profiles, messages, and forum discussions

The Seed Project is intended to support positive participation. It is not guaranteed to be suitable for every use or every situation.

Eligibility and accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features.

When you create or use an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information where required
• Keep your login details secure
• Not share your account access with others
• Use the platform only for lawful and respectful purposes

You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.

Community conduct

You are responsible for what you post, share, upload, or send through The Seed Project.

However, by posting content on The Seed Project, you give us a non-exclusive permission to:

• Process it
• Make it available within the app and website
• Use it as needed to operate, improve, moderate, and protect the platform

This permission only exists for the purpose of running The Seed Project and related platform functions. We do not claim ownership of your content.

If content is removed, backups, moderation records, anonymized copies, or technical remnants may remain for a limited time where reasonably necessary for safety, legal, operational, or platform integrity reasons.

Moderation and enforcement

We may review, remove, hide, restrict, suspend, anonymize, or delete content or accounts when necessary to:

• Enforce these Terms
• Protect users
• Respond to reports or safety concerns
• Maintain the purpose and integrity of the platform

We may do this with or without notice.

We are not required to explain every moderation decision in detail.

Profiles, messages, forum, and community features

If you use community features such as profiles, messages, stories, Seeds, or forum discussions, you understand that:

• Other users may see content you choose to share publicly
• Some content may be reported, reviewed, removed, or anonymized
• Private messaging and other user features may be limited, restricted, or disabled if misused

If you choose to delete your profile, that action is irreversible. Some content may be deleted completely, while some content may be anonymized where needed to preserve the structure of conversations, threads, or moderation records.

Privacy and data

Your use of The Seed Project is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the platform, you understand that we may collect, store, and process limited data as described there in order to operate the app and website.

Availability of the service

The Seed Project is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the platform will:

• Always be error-free
